This hour-long sound meditation is a beautiful meditation alternative, drawing on the physical vibrations of sound to help you connect more deeply into your own body. 

While lying on a mat or sitting, we will lead you into a guided meditation and we will fill the room with sounds of the crystal and tibetan bowls. As you are meditating you will receive an energy healing from a Karuna Reiki Master. 

This meditation will engage all of your senses.
