75 Minute Restorative Yoga w/Stephanie
Unwind after your day. In this slow, restorative yoga class we’ll hold postures, mostly seated or lying down, for 1 to 5 minutes to work into releasing anything we hold in the body, mind, and spirit.

About the event
In contrast to other forms of yoga that focuses on movement and muscle contraction, restorative yoga seeks to facilitate relaxation in a hectic world, calm the central nervous system, stretch fascia/connective tissue, create space in joints, and encourage the vital flow of energy by releasing tension and blockages.
These 75 minutes will foster deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the body, mind, and spirit.
All levels welcome. If you have them, please bring your own mat and blocks. Dress warm & comfortable in layers.
