About the event
During the holiday season anxiety & stress often peaks it's head, spinning us out of control. Imagine now having emotional tools in breezing through the holiday season. What happens when you use these tools you remain calm, cool, and collected wherever you go cultivating your inner calm.
What we will do:
* Learn what is hypnosis and what it is not. (No dancing like chicken here)
*Learn a Breathwork technique in relaxation.
*Tools for Anchoring "CALM"
*Learn a self-Hypnosis Technique
* Group Hypnosis in creating our Cultivating Calm
Leave knowing the more tools you create in your emotional toolbox the more equipped you are in walking through life being calm in all you do.
