About the event
Mindfulness & Sound Bath Healing is a once a month gathering of individuals who are called upon to heal, learn, expand and connect to their inner soul.
This gathering encourages being a co-creator of positive change, setting sacred intention and manifest as an individual or as a collective.
Every month, we will have various workshops with different themes. It will include (but not limited to!) workshops on Meditation, Journaling, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, and Energy exchange.
Mindfullness & Sound Bath Healing is a gathering where we can share our gifts to others and where love energy will be our guiding light.
