What exactly is a sound shower?  It may sound a little crazy, but it works.

A sound shower is conducted with several people playing different types of instruments and noise makers simultaneously, while walking in a circle around a person lying in an anti-gravity chair.  The noise making is chaos, yet the person receiving the clearing will be completely relaxed and when their turn is finished they will be vibrating at a higher level which is a form of protection.  Then it will be another person's turn in the chair.  It feels so great that everyone will want to take another turn.

Some of the instruments used include drums, singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, wooden noise makers, tamborines, flutes, etc and whatever else one can think of.

Seriously, this sound shower is one of the best ways to release and cleanse.  It's better than a singing bowl meditation or straight drumming.  You have to experience it to believe how good you will feel.
