​Happy Yin Yoga Class / 75 Minutes

Restorative Yin with Pamana Yoga Method Adjustments and Reiki Energy as well and other alignment tools and modalities.

Pamana, means the gift to receive, so the practice is based on receiving. Once you allow yourself to receive, your own personal practice expands. We will begin with breathe work and mediation for opening and balancing of the energies in the lower chakras. The upper chakras will be tuned in for guidance of expression. The opening work will guide those wanting to heal at a place of allowance. The intention fueling this class is the idea that each yogi receives what is needed. Attendees will also be gently guided into very relaxing restorative poses with minimal movement. This class is designed for each yogi to receive Pamana hand-on adjustments infused with Reiki Energy. The hand-on adjustments work specific areas of the body focusing on the neck & shoulders, upper and lower back, hips & legs and whatever the body calls for as a collective group. Reiki translates as Universal Life Energy and originated in Japan. This intelligent, conscious energy knows exactly what is needed for each of us.

Come join us to clear the mind, heal the body and expand your spirit. Every class ends with foot adjustments that ground and energetically seal the practice. Bring your yoga mat, cushions, pillows, blocks or whatever you choose. Water is suggested before, during and after your practice.

The cost is $20 per person. Starting at 9am to 10:15am
