I am holding 7 classes, each class will focus on one Chakra, beginning with the Muladhara (Root Chakra) and

ending with the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).

You can attend as many classes as you would like, however each class stands alone. Explore your energy

one chakra at a time. The classes will be held every other Thursday, beginning on February 3 rd .

Our Sacral Chakra/Svadhisthana is everything water and governs our emotions.

in a certain way, you can develop the right skills and begin a practice to bring you back in alignment.

This class will use specific, curated prompts, coaching, and meditation practices to help with your discovery

process. You will walk away with easy to implement techniques to keep you on track after the class.
