We all hold memories within our Energy Centers (Chakras). These memories help create our Physical, Emotional, Rational, and Intuitive selves. It’s vital that we go within and learn how to clean, maintain and beautify our energetic home. 

This class will use specific, curated prompts, coaching, and meditation practices to help with your discovery process. You will walk away with easy to implement techniques to keep you on track after the class.

I am holding 7 classes, each class will focus on one Chakra, beginning with the Muladhara (Root Chakra) and ending with the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).

You can attend as many classes as you would like, however each class stands alone. Explore your energy one chakra at a time. The classes will be held every other Thursday, beginning on February 3rd.
