About the event
This class will show you 7 steps to cleaning up your diet. We will focus on cutting out as much processed food as possible. You will learn what to do, and how to do it. Any steps towards a cleaner diet will pay dividends in your health; from better digestion, clearer skin, improved energy and more.
When the class is over, the real fun begins. You will be armed with the knowledge of how to make this transition, and a plan to implement right away
