About the event
Restorative yoga changes the connective tissue back to its fluid state. Props are used to support the body, helping you to hold the poses longer. When you feel supported, tension melts away.
Benefits of this class include calming of the nervous system, increased mobility and strength. All fitness levels are welcome. If you are training and working out a lot, this class is an ideal reward on your rest day(s). If you have an injury or limitation, just let the instructor know, she will provide modifications.
